Rees records first career shutout as T'Wolves tame ECC

SUNY Niagara men's club soccer won its second consecutive contest with a 2-0 victory over Erie CC Sunday at Nardin Academy in Buffalo. The victory came after a 2-1 win against Roberts Wesleyan JV Wednesday. 

Ryan Kuebler scored SUNY Niagara's first goal off assists from Gianfranco Centeno and Ayham Blasiny. The Thunderwolves later added a second goal when Benjamin Chido connected off a pass from Jack Johnson.

Sophomore Landon Rees recorded six saves and his first career shutout with the Thunderwolves. 

SUNY Niagara (4-2) continues its season at 2 p.m. Friday at Bryant & Stratton-Rochester in Rochester.
