Niagara County Community College forced 25 turnovers on its way to a fifth straight victory - 68-49 over visiting Penn State DuBois on Saturday afternoon. The Thunderwolves improve to 8-1 overall.
Freshman wing Taliyah Hopkins had 13 points and four rebounds, while classmate Alliyah Gillespie added 12 points, seven steals and four boards. Sophomore forward Albanellys Perez had a game-high 13 rebounds.
Next up for NCCC is a non-conference matchup against Lakeland CC at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
